Women in Power is an independent research study examining the experiences of women in leadership roles within family enterprises — how authority is gained, exercised, and sometimes withheld, and what that means for the future of wealth stewardship.
Co-authored with Ramia El Agamy and published in 2026, the study draws on surveys of 106 women across more than 20 countries. It documents patterns, tensions, and possibilities that are rarely spoken about openly in the family enterprise world.
